RM 990k now and intend for RM 1.2m is very reasonable after 5 years. It just RM 200k target and this is doing well like Denai Alam subsales, I reckon it is not hard.

Given the current price tag compare to Denai Alam earlier on, we still unsure if market is still good 5 years later. But since u have good holding power, not an issue for u.

I encounter the same scenario as yours, can't get any unit during the ballot, then end up got the sub-sale unit in denai alam.

If you're not that rush and can wait till people move in then you can get elmina east.
For me if I got elmina east I have to wait another 2 years for VP and probably 1 year waiting for more people to move in first.
For denai alam, at least there is around 70% units already being occupied.
