QUOTE(YnWa77 @ Jul 10 2013, 09:33 PM) I saw from another threat yes...your explanation is correct bro! i also hv signed up for stand chart islamic loan, blr -2.45, no lock in, 20% discount on stamp duty, free air asia flight tickets due to stand chart worldmiles card. currently the best loan deal for Elmina"Islamic Halal. Non islamic non halal. It is just term that tackle for holy halal customer. It's all the same.. Islamic = Ceiling rate that prevent BFR goes higher than 9.99% Besides, Islamic also giving 20% discount on stamp duty on loan agreement. Other term are remain same. It just the way they convey the Agreement in HALAL way only. For instance, Conventional = Bank charge you INTEREST if you acquire this loan for this property. islamic way = Bank having share with you on this property. You will be paying RENT until you hold 100% equity asset on this property" Masih tak Paham leh. Perhaps some of our Muslim bros + sis here can share with us on simple layman term. |

QUOTE(YnWa77 @ Jul 10 2013, 08:28 PM) Extend ground+ first floor or just ground? My current 20x70 house ground extension ONLY which i did 5 years ago cost me rm20k incl floor tiles+ wall tiles up to ceiling height. I think now its easily 30k? No? Any sifu here? if extend ground+first floor, then it might cost me rm60k ????I do not wish to do any extension on regia 30x69 as i feel its better to cook a storm in open area at the back or else whole house berbau. Still no idea why my current house smokes when my mum ' tai chow' even though i've seal the kitchen area. Also better wait for other neighbors to do renovation to get some idea. |

QUOTE(YnWa77 @ Jul 25 2013, 06:08 PM) Bro jeghui memang hebat..he is building his empire in KV. Hehe. Every corner in KV he sapu 1 unit kot i also take SC islamic loan. good offer. but i still hvnt sign loan agreement. my banker said it takes time for management to approve the loan if not using their own panel lawyer.....sucks!Ok here is the latest update. I called my lawyer 5 mins ago. He assured me dun worry. SD is not that strict. 1-2 weeks delays is ok as many r not entitled to 90% loan. Just dun drag it for months. Just get it done ASAP as it seems the grace period just over semalam. Terms & condition also got mentioned. Pls see below item 5) So I've decided to take Islamic loan from SC. Appreciate any valuable comment. |
