713k is type B phase 1 Ariza which are the units facing the lake, double frontage type 20x88
Phase 2 is called Keana is 24x79 but brochure not out yet. All the pics I posted are from Ariza brochure. Sorry if I caused any confusion

Back to topic.. the whole area seems popular.. very high take up for Elmina, and from the shared showroom, even Saffron Hills is almost all taken up except for a few corner units. Can see shophouses being built as you drive into the area as well.

My sis stays in Bk Jelutong... very nice township, quiet, nice roads which are totally not congested. I'm surprised to see a number of units which are empty even after so many years. Hope the same won't happen to Elmina as well
