Bro, the 20x70 should be having slightly bigger b/up, SA told me it will be below 700K so my prediction is it will be priced around 650K or maybe RM688,888 nice numbers? biggrin.gif

This Elmina is a good buy as SDP has brought down the price to make it more affordable, I think the next launch if it is 20x70 will not exceed 650K.

Nowadays not easy to get freehold landed props anymore from established developers near KL.
