imagine the concept like ang moh car garage, you can do some dirty works then clean yourself with the bathroom outside. or you can opt to rent out,

airbnb will be good business especially for traveller from southern state to northern state that passby GCE.

ie elmina east phase 1 vs denai alam on 2013, slightly higher
