Just got SMS from my reliable SA. He told me around 50% sold out of 69 units.
Internal staffs taken 7 units.
Mainly chinese buyers. Very difficult to get bumi buyer at this price.

Today I check with my SA on the status of sale for Crista and Aralia.
Crista 3 units facing t junction and Aralia 4 units unsold.
This is indeed a very strong sales record.

Understand from a friend of mine that the elmina sales gallery is now open for public. Anyone been to the sales gallery?

Just drop by in elmina sales office. Developer will compensate LAD as they won't be able to handover in time. Most likely delay 2-3 months as most of the Regia + Keana units was damaged by the severe thunderstorm last Sunday.

Damage was quite bad and understand that most of the rooftops on top of master bedroom flew off during the thunderstorm. Most of the units floorboard in the master room was also damage.

SA told me that on the day of the handover, developer will pay all purchaser LAD calculated from the day of original vp to the day of handover at the rate of 10% per annum.

SA explained that the wind was too strong that day. Category 5 hurricanes????
Even elmina billboard/ signboard was damage. The area is bare naked and there is no tree to protect it.

I reckon it's due to poor workmanship during installation.

If it's design then I'm really worried. Warranty covers only 24 months. Thunderstorm and heavy win can happen any time of the day

Repairing job going on after the severe thunderstorm on 19 April. Manage to spoke with 1 of the indon worker. He told me it was a mini tornado puting beliung that day. All workers lari berkeliaran for own safety

But main concern is how strong is the repair work and reinforcement to withstand another storm after the warranty period

Most likely condominium, soho, shoplots or small scale commercial park. It's like dos those stretch of condos along empire shopping gallery next to federal highway.
