might not happen, if saujana utama link with elmina north, GCE elmina toll can be skipped which bring more traffic from ijok, saujana utama, BSC into the elmina interchange.

just like lrt extension, there was no plan at all, then what had happen? at the end ara damansara, usj and putra height get benefit from it, so it just matter of time for elmina MRT.

don't forget SD promise almost 15k pr1ma house at elmina, kota elmina & lagong.
another secure thing thing is the terminal bersepadu utara, once SD secure it to be in elmina town, definitely MRT have to be built.

question why not kwasa for the terminal, it's doesn't make sense to jam along bukit lanjan then dash highway to kwasa. in my opinion, the terminal more suitable location shall be along GCE (seriously under usage) with public transport (elmina only around 7km from the nearest MRT1 depot)

i think most of the units (later phase) will be pr1ma or selangorku which have the term cannot sell or rent in certain years. so i'm quite confident on the occupancy population side.

the only unsure concern is when those houses can be launched.

elmina east : elmina gardens, elmina city square, elmina crescent, elmina enteprise park

access at least 4 refer on the east of elmina east
1. to subang bestari
2. to mahsing industry
3. to subang puteri
4. to kampung melayu subang

elmina west : elmina green, elmina hill, elmina city center, elmina wellness park

not sure which one start, the EIA report mention phase 1 and later phase
my understand, phase 1 is elmina west while later phase is elmina south (initial naming, beside denai alam)
