Yes, i know what u mean.... the video lags the audio.

Doesnt happen all the time, and only wuth certain channels.

It happens with other boxes too.... some worse than others.

This has been around since the beta version of the new app.

Nothing can be done... hopefully future versions will eliminate the problem.

hi there is no more support for q5 pro anymore? my q5 pro having issue. when I play movie from external HD. playing halfway a message pop up like cannot find video. when try to access the hard disk no video file in the hard disk. The hard disk has no issue tested it. so I have to unplug and plug in the usb again. after that it will read again but some problem happen after I have played 1 hour movie.

Just to check anyone still able to run Astro go on their q10? Mine can’t. It says update require. And AppStore didn’t show anything and stated not compatible with your device anymore

u likely have an old obsolete version.

yes, u dun find in playstore anymore.

u need to sideload the apk.

use this link, new versions will be posted.

I bought my Q10 Pro from you back in 2017 and I have yet to upgrade the firmware. So, where do I go to download the Android 7 firmware and where can I get instructions to do the upgrade? Secondly, can I get the link to your Onedrive to get the latest apps. Thank you in advance and looking forward to your reply.

The blue color USB port is 3.0 and black color port is 2.0.

Yes, you can play any movies from USB pendrive as well as your pendrive has sufficient throughout.
