Hard way or the simple way?
Simple way: Go see a doctor and go through sex addiction therapy. Though it may be hard to find in Malaysia. Pros: Should be fast Cons: long term side effects Hard way: Control your diet. Fasting and eat twice a day. No snacks, no drinks in between. Reduce meat intake. Imagine something else and write it down. Do these long term. You should be clean after 2-3 months. PROS: cheap way, get to save money, if you write good you may end up selling a book. More money in your pocket. Builds character and patience. Healthy body. ..... I think I should start fasting as well... CONS: You have less energy. Easily tired but only for short term. |

thank you very much for the advices guys, I am 28 years old btw.
but when I saw those girls sooo yummy, I 100% sure I cant get girls that hot locally, if can, I also need to be millionaire, got house, sport car to be able to get that level of hotness for local girlfriend... the place i visited recently, got local and vietnamese, the local looks FUGLY, the vietnamese on the other hand, is freaking HOT. Other places China doll also very hot, how to tahan??? even if can tahan for few days, then go out, saw hot chics, gatal again. |
