Note 3 news: http://www.androidauthority.com/galaxy-not...-report-208612/Interesting comments. Mostly in favor of Note2, but skeptical of the larger reported size of Note 3. Perhaps we will see a Note 2+ at the same 5.5" with FHD? This post has been edited by joytest: May 14 2013, 04:46 PM

QUOTE(under_thesky17 @ May 14 2013, 04:40 PM) Hey guys just want to confirm that the step for flashing redpill kernel from perseus is the same as flashing perseus kernel right? wipe cache wipe dalvik then install and reboot right? Install and re-boot. Wiping cache and dalvik cache is just to ease your own conscience. Technically it does nothing for kernel flashing.

QUOTE(joytest @ May 14 2013, 04:12 PM) Oh yeah happened on my Mediapad. Just did a factory reset, haven't installed Whatsapp on it yet. It's not happening on my Note 2 though. My mediapad was running CM10. Don;t know if that's a contributing factor. Oh I see, you removed the casing to swap the battery and it dropped??? Owwwhhhhh....... BTW what casing were you using? At least you didn't crack the screen. But why do it in an unstable environment like at the side of the road? yep! thankfully the screen survived. I'm using Anymode flip cover. I was in my car changing the battery, without realising and in a hurry I open the door and Bam phone already dropped from my lap. Too bad, things just happen I guest...

You're the 2nd person reporting the same situation in the last 5 days. Lesson learned - don't leave your device in your lap while in the car. You will likely fling it on the road when you open the door.

You will likely fling it on the road when you open the door. My first experience for this flying phone on lap is N97 Nokia. Just scratch and nothing else. After that I always put my phone over dashboard or armrest box only.

BTW if you check about 1-2 pages back, lemond reported some odd problems with his LTE connections on Celcom. Do you face any issues with your connection? You're in Cheras right?

I quess..maybe celcom dint allow smartphone to go through LTE yet,so they block any signal from phone, accept from celcom LTE broadband, btw, maxis can use LTE without changing the sim card to 4g?
