Oh yeah happened on my Mediapad. Just did a factory reset, haven't installed Whatsapp on it yet. It's not happening on my Note 2 though.

My mediapad was running CM10. Don;t know if that's a contributing factor.

Removed google account
Removed whatsapp account

Then add back google account follow by whatsapp.
All back to normal. I suspect its the tibu restore having problem.

BTW if you check about 1-2 pages back, lemond reported some odd problems with his LTE connections on Celcom. Do you face any issues with your connection? You're in Cheras right?
