did rooting after firmware upgrade last week. working fine no probs for the whole week. till this morning. didnt' install anything but did hv some apps auto update.
now its fine. i'm just worried the problem come back.

Thanks bro. There is no "good" or "bad" in a submission. It's just what you think and rate a ROM. Then the scores get aggregated across all submissions and you will be able to see on average what people really think.

I mean if a ROM consistently gets a low score then something's probably not right somewhere. I'm trying to figure out a way to weight or limit some scores since some tend to just max out the scores.

I always disable auto update. I update one by one manually and usually after a few weeks of the update arriving.

So I think you should reset your phone and slowly restore your stuff and turn off auto update in the play store. It's likely caused by an app update that is not compatible with your ROM.

What ROM are you on anyway?

I'm only thinking that since the UI is optimized for fixed-pixel count display, I don't think they will be able to do resizable widgets, and I wonder how will they handle redraw of live widgets like floating clouds etc since this will invoke the GPU, therefore battery life will be even worse.

If you don't do graphic editing, just search for 720x1280 hd wallpapers on google, at least that's what i used to do.

I'm trying to run GTA:VCS on PPSSPP and it lags very badly.

I suspect its our outdated GPU since it performs very badly on benchmarks such as 3Dmark

Pretty decent actually. I dropped my phone from jeans pocket height on a wooden floor without casing, no dents on the phone nor cracks on the screen.

Or maybe the game is badly written? Not the first time. What is PPSSPP ?

This is my 1st time to root my note 2. However, I have problem in very 1st step. My ID:COM didn't turn to blue after connecting my device to PC usb. Already install Samsung USB driver. On normal mode, the same PC can detect phone as I can access the phone storage from MyComputer.

Emulator? Any kind of emulation is going to suck somewhat. It is running JIT code, so the parser has to be very efficient. If not, then...

I'm quite sure the others are going to lag even worse. Only the Nexus 10 in this list, and maybe Nexus 4, has a more powerful GPU.

Have you entered into Download Mode before you connect it to Odin?
