QUOTE(Xa0102 @ May 17 2013, 12:56 AM) OMG how did you drop it? And with a proper casing as well? Your crack ( BTW I added N7105 ROMs as a selectable option in the survey now. So you can rate all ROM types since you have both models of the Note 2 bill2012 your homescreen added to post 13. This post has been edited by joytest: May 17 2013, 01:00 AM |

QUOTE(hooh888 @ May 16 2013, 02:26 PM) sifu antt00 did mention that wanam and perseus combination give the best battery life based on his experience, that's exactly what i am using now too, and i must say, i can't possibly agree more. IMO this really is by far one of the best i tried in terms of battery life, so perhaps you want to go back to that combination? And I restored my CWM backup and i'm back to Wanamlite QUOTE(joytest @ May 16 2013, 02:52 PM) Woo ... .post 8 under Kernels you can read all about master sklchan 's perseus tweak settings. WHAT???? sklchan is from LYN Why don't you turn on your irresistible (irrepressible? I've been reading his posts in XDA's perseus thread. He's the one who made me understand ABB/FBB QUOTE(antt00 @ May 16 2013, 03:06 PM) To be honest, AOSP rom for note 2 is not optimize due to lack of sources. Many have reported stock rom have better battery life than AOSP. Yep, that's what I have thought so to.QUOTE(joytest @ May 16 2013, 03:58 PM) Don't know how to do but do here |

It was a bit loose in contrast of my other cases so I guess it slid off a little and made contact with the floor. The screen is working fine, still passed the Wacom test in *#0*#BTW I added N7105 ROMs as a selectable option in the survey now. QUOTE(joytest @ May 17 2013, 01:07 AM) I think he's around XDA and LYN. So is pikachu. Pikachu has either a HTC One or Sony XZ I can't remember. sklchan shares the same phone models I like (N8, Note, Note 2) hehe I can see he's a pro. Good in both Symbian and Android. My only Symbian experience as a hacker was cooking and flashing S60v5 firmwares on my crappy 5800xm |

QUOTE(joytest @ May 16 2013, 11:01 PM) *know* So google nexus overall is better than samsung or..? If its free from bloatware and smooth, i might give a hit on itSo you tried with a different charger it doesn't work? Then it is probably the charging port on the phone. Try with a known working USB cable at the PC USB port as last resort. If all this fails, then send to SC. Google Nexus phones are completely free of bloatware. Everything else packs some shit, although Huawei is supposedly less so. |

QUOTE(joytest @ May 16 2013, 08:46 PM) From the guy's post: no case is good enough, just get a thinish case would do I had pretty good back cover and BodyguardZ UltraTough Clear screen cover. Still got screen damaged. Dropped it when my dog pulled me hard while I was trying to get my Note from pocket. muahahaha since S4 has a pure google experience, i wonder if its good to flash a CM10.1 4.2.2 ROM just for fun |

Nexus series is designed to run pure Android with updates direct from Google, but that's about it. I prefer that bit more with the active digitizer on the Note 2. As some here said, you can run an AOSP ROM on other devices and it gives you the same Android experience.QUOTE(lemond @ May 17 2013, 08:01 AM) My usage pattern won't be any different with an N7105 QUOTE(disasternero @ May 17 2013, 10:05 AM) Note 2 screen assembly (LCD, digitizer, glass) is CHEAPER than Sony XZ screen. RM 1088 there....... |

There are several with scores from 37-44, but like I said, on paper it really looks good. The only variable should be stability and battery life since feature-wise I admit it is top rated. |

i'm using latest dua@l note rom, and i'm having issues with my wifi. It show connected but no data transmitted/received. Most of the time, i need to turn off/on my wifi to get connected. I believed one of the member here also have the same issue. Problem encountered in du@l note v10.1 and v11.
Facing this problem at home (WPA2 PSK) and in office (open ssid and 802.1x). Wifi setting set to keep wifi always on during sleep. This post has been edited by neuromancerx: May 17 2013, 11:02 AM |
