yup, mine received "Test Timeout" as well, get screenshot before the bandwidth test finish 

make a call to abn first, complaint internet slow, get ticket number and put in complaint number on the cfm's form.
you will still needed ticket number before raising the case to CFM.
Right now any CS agent wont admit the cap implementation.

I just hope that this capping implementation were temporarily, I still waiting for statement from ABN's technical team, but still no answer at all 
Early assume, most likely ABN try to preserve as many bandwidth possible as they getting charged more by the peering partner due to AAG breakdown, instead on throttling international bandwidth, they do the capping to the network access level (last mile). 

Anyway, just do the complaint if possible.

I wish the guy who complains about torrent on ABN Facebook would stop. Its not practically legal to torrent tv series

Hi, guys just got my ABN 2months back,
i would say much improvement in terms of speed over my 1mbps streamyx lol
but there's always the occasional disconnects , like when i got back from work or class then the online will be blinking lol , sometimes i can fix it with just restarting but sometimes needa wait awhole day . happens normally ?
torrents okay i guess works okay at about 200kb/s , youtube 360p stream smoothly , 480p maybe stutter abit and then smooth lol , Dota2 is okay hardly 100+ms ping . only prob is i can't seem to stream Twitch.Tv at all , was wondering anyone facing similar problem?

how do u guys check how much bandwidth used?
i've been doing okay with about 9mbps when i check now
and i've dl-ed 12gb of walking dead last week .
is the capping occuring for each month and refreshes in another month?
