that is true. but since we all have screen shot and so many complains as prove, I doubt abn can escape this time. speaking of prove, imma screenshot those fb complains before they remove it.

ABN failed to adhere to that fully. So I guess we can complain d. 2 mbps out of 10 mbps at night already failed to fulfill the 85% of subscribe level 95% of the time.

So maybe you can get 10 mpbs right now anon, but at night you get 2mpbs from 8 till 12, so that give you right to complains d.
1 week = (24*7) - (weekends slow, 24hour*2days) - (slow at night in weekdays 5hour*5days) / (24*7) * 100%
Thats 56.65% of the time they were unable to fulfill the standard of service.

Imma complain today at lunch.

simple content will do, your might have 10mbps cap in first place, just do HTTP download and you will get capped after 20minute, this issue might not affected new customers

I've gathered enough evidence to show that I too have been capped. zerorating and Riolis is right. At first my speed was jumping between 2xxkbps to 8xxkbps, But after a 2GB file download, the speed for 3GB file onwards will be capped (nice fine zerorating ) . I even download a file from Microsoft server to test so there is no way ABN can say its server issue, etc.

this was before I begin to download a 2GB file, can see the d/l speed is 8mbps, meanwhile upload timeout.

I just hope that this capping implementation were temporarily, I still waiting for statement from ABN's technical team, but still no answer at all doh.gif
Early assume, most likely ABN try to preserve as many bandwidth possible as they getting charged more by the peering partner due to AAG breakdown, instead on throttling international bandwidth, they do the capping to the network access level (last mile). rclxub.gif

Anyway, just do the complaint if possible.
Seems like there are movement on abn user on abxcess facebook for complaining on slow speed to skmm/cfm

These mofo's are now now not fulflling the 85% of subscribe speed 95% of the time at all. Now its 0% of the time, now they go full throttle while they get more idiots to sign up. I keep seeing more of these red shirted fackers in my area this past few days.

maybe there is alot people notice the slow speed, so they put their hand to call the customer service, but customer service will just say, ar, i dont la, let me redirect this ticket to Technical team sweat.gif
I believe 9am they already start working
2mbps speed, alot people will not noticed the speed drop unless people see the download speed on their download manager, but for 1mbps speed, that's the nightmare came

i see some people in abnxcess facebook hardcore until want to complaint to SKMM direct. Last time when I do complaint with SKMM channel, i got scold, ask me to use CFM channel first before do a complaint with SKMM.

well let see, how much CFM can help us first, then we can do compilation of CFM complaints list then redirect than proceed with SKMM complaint.

last time i do streamyx complaint thru SKMM damn efficient one, within one business day, TM responds, somemore one day sent 3 actual TM technician (not contractors) to my house for problem checking thumbup.gif
