another 2 weeks registered sleeping in SC as they offered to replace the mechatronic while fixing my mis-firing issue

It's the time factor. If UnifiAgent buys the car now he will receive it in early June, that's about half a year since January. Thus, the depreciation value of bout 6k. Furthermore, a pre-reg car is still considered as a second hand car by the time you sell it later. But hey, 6k less and 0 mileage, try to nego for free services as well
