proton section 13 know nothing bout savvy engine..
did sent to them before end up car spend 1 night there without issue solve..

sent to RSauto, issue settle less then an hour.. this is like 4 year ago..

that time, my car hard to start aka the tdc cable problem..
mr ho solder the wire to the tdc, and voila working fine till now..

i agree with netmatrix comment, might be clutch cable not properly adjust.. try manually adjust yourself..
