Just got off on the phone with SenQ 1u again. This is the story now:

SenHeng/senQ have ordered 1000 units from htc. Htc only provided them with 90 units so far.
1 unit arriving tomorrow at 1u. Next batch will be next week, but only for BLACK colour units. Next batch of silver units unknown.

Someone please call and verify.

Every phone , so far I have seen has gaps - it is only how serious. As long as is even along the seams and is slight I deem acceptable
HTC advertising of zero gap is misleading. I was at Spore the whole day and have seen so many demo sets ( about 30+ of them at various telcos, and HTC Concept store ). Even the 2 demo sets at LowYat is not spared either but I consider it acceptable. If you are looking for a perfect set, just pray you are lucky to find one. Infact if HTC did not mention zerogap, most buyers will not even notice the existence of these slight gaps

Your standards so low ?? Like that , no need to worry already. There are so many sets I have seen is much better than those pics. I will and can never accept such sets shown in the pics

Yeah. That is due to too much moisture / water being affected by the fake leather. I seriously have no idea where to get this type of pouch again if it breaks. but i guess certain shops sell them.
Good idea to remove the Beats logo.
Cannot update yet. Malaysia sets don't have it now. Got to wait.
Btw, the update you mentioned will improve the camera settings for Sharpness / Exposure / Saturation / Contract?
