Thanks joshua on the petrol info.
I'm deciding between staying in Ubud or staying in Kuta.
Does travelling from:
1. Ubud - Mt Batur- Besakih take less time compared to Kuta - Mt Batur - Besakih ?
2 . Ubud-Bedugul take less time compared to Kuta-Bedugul?
From the map Ubud is definitely closer to both places, but the roads look more like small mountain roads.. The roads from Kuta-Batur and Kuta-Bedugul looks like bigger roads... so not sure if the distance on the map corresponds with travelling time...
By the way, are the roads around Ubud like the roads we have around Frasers Hills & Camerons?
I just wonder why most of u never thought of staying in lake batur.its a real different experienceI'm deciding between staying in Ubud or staying in Kuta.
