u have to check their package first, im not sure who feed you the info. After check, u sure will know why no need dancing and singing

Still water fish what, no?

Ecomajestic have them all, except the "0% downpayment" lah, what's so special about the package? hmm.gif

pro = i can afford as almost zero entry cost and the potential 200 acres land behind this

con = SEMENYIH = FAR!

If you do some back ground check, this developer sibeh cash rich. As u see their progress on site now, they not even worry about their cash in flow.

Thats why i give this developer a try
