Nope, this property don't have direct access to Lekas. They need to go through Jalan Semenyih.

If going to KL, coming out from the site turn left to Jalan Semenyih and straightfully going to the interchange to the LEKAS, should be okay.

If coming back from KL, need to U-turn at the Sunway Semenyih, that's will be a nightware..

haha, first to reach home called nightmare, then those new development deep inside semenyih called what? traffic until jialat?

Lekas still not a bright option, coz of "toll", malaysian dont love tolls.

i heard my friend say even pay toll from lekas to semenyih, also jam. but i never take, i dont know, i plan my time.

Future there will be 2 new bypass, i cant reveal any. these bypass are crucial for si monyet traffic relief

the flyover above jln semenyih after shell i still call it LEKAS. Even though its b4 toll. So i would imagine a situation like this

morning - people go to work some people exit kiara will want to quickly take right lane to go towards kajang, while some from semenyih will want to take left lane to enter the highway. As the distance is short, will cause a criss cross situation that will make traffic a headache.

evening-people coming back from work, i think i no need to explain much, the current traffic is bad enuff coming from kl/kajang/putrajaya. Now adding people who wish to enter kiara, im sure a gridlock will be possible coz people who wish to enter kiara will dominate the right lane while people who wish to go semenyih will only have left lane.

which is y i say the road widening must start now n finish b4 2017, b4 most project in semenyih is completed. if they start when the traffic is already become bad to worst, u will get a nightmare traffic.

Yeah, the flyover bridge above jalan Semenyih is part of Lekas. To reach this flyover, kiara plaza resident would still rely on the Jalan Semenyih, there is no direct access from Kiara Plaza to reach LEKAS.

Behind Kiara Plaza is the Kajang East by MKH, till today, still no sign they will build direct access to LEKAS too..

Haha, why kiara still need direct access to lekas for wat? To pay toll to visit eh or em or seremban. Wat interesting there? This just make my days. Most important, get home fast, come out the first. No need toll or stuck at pekan semenyih.

Without direct access to Lekas, go out may be fast, but back home serious nightmare waiting the U-turn at the Sunway Semenyih traffic light... Yeah, can see your home opposite the road, but to reach there, may need 15 - 20 minutes..

Perhaps if you can share the access road of this project? How the resident commute in and out?
