Yeah, that highrise is currently in progress. If you are going to the Diamond city along jalan broga, sure won't miss it. I heard this is for medium / low cost, not sure how true it is ..

Bangalow near nottingham is okay, but problem is taman tasik semenyih is not gng and the commercial activity in the vicinity is so weak, even hardly to find any sundry shop.. 

U mention 1 is Tiara South The Residence,medium cost apartment with gng,price around 205k after discount,800++sf with 3r2b..already sapu by ppl without do huge advertisements,my fren bought 1..What I means is beside this project got a new one..

Those bungalow selling around 500k only hor...but like abandon Taman...sad..
