peri peri......would leasing out be easy in this location?....
no college, uni nearby as I know.....also so many landed around and plenty of vacant land still available...... service apartment sales, how many units remaining?.....as for soho, other then 70%LTV matter, why u choose soho in this location rather then service apartment? service apartment and soho under 1 management?...hmmm....elect and water could be under commercial.....so far haven't seen single management with soho and service apartment, so billing type could be the same.... |
