QUOTE(kaiserreich @ Jun 4 2013, 10:59 PM) Even corsair moving to TKL mode. My forecast is that we would complete a sale to end user for a Realforce 87 perhaps once every 6 months. Selling to dealer don't count, we don't want products to be stuck at dealer and cannot be sold. As for TKL, they do move but extremely slow as compared to full size. There is little to no cost difference in losing the extra keys. Some people think it is not worth paying the same for less. There's also the added fear of not being able to adapt to the lesser key layout. Therefore many 87 key-ers tend to have more than 1 boards.Majority Malaysian are still the can't live without numpad mentality? Because they need to the numpad to key in the passwords |

Just like hatchback cars...I love hatchback but a lot of people think that paying for MORE on a hatchback in Malaysia over a sedan with trunk is a bad deal!
Mazda 3 sedan > Mazda 3 hatchback Mazda 2 sedan > Mazda 2 hatchbatck Toyota Vios > Toyota Yaris (Yaris was complete fail) Honestly though, all the hatchback looks nicer. |

QUOTE(kaiserreich @ Jun 4 2013, 11:30 PM) You're right. RM 800 for HHKB?Some people feel they pay too much for too little keyboard. RM800 HHKB? Gila RM800 for Graphics card, hmm maybe I should top up more for more FPS. When it comes to keyboards, I guess there are two camps. First is the camp that wants bang per buck Then the second camp are the ones who value ergonomics/ease of use more. Most TKL users would probably like a 60% kind of layout. But then again, I am just pulling numbers from the air RM 799 for Realforce 104U? Takes from Realforce...probably 95% of the time if this scenario had to be reproduced over 100 times. But add in Heaven at RM 499..ok something funny now lol Ergonomic camp is too pro, they will climb the highest mountain and go down to the deepest pit to get their own keyboard unknown to people...it's like finding a legendary weapon in WOW...this camp of people has 0 marketability in our market. QUOTE(vincent09 @ Jun 5 2013, 11:38 PM) TKL version no news yet. Due to an extremely large selection of SKUS and the fact that we want to bring in as many SKUS as possible, we are going to use a new stock allocation system with dealers. If you want anything that's not officially made available to Malaysia (AKA no ready stock), you can consider sending us a msg inquiring availability so that we can see if the model can be made available. Alternatively, I am considering fulfilling back orders on non officially carried models ourselves so that customers won'd constantly call dealer on availability and dealers won't do the same with us as well. |

QUOTE(ainuddin @ Jun 5 2013, 11:53 PM) We are having a little bit of trouble now. These are Vortex Poker 2. Vortex cannot deliver the stock to us (or anywhere else but local market). Now that Ducky decides to OEM them and offer them I hope for better pricing and availability. Both Vortex and Ducky says their's will be cheaper and we will have to see. Whoever ordered the Poker II, please do not cancel your order, we will fulfill it either with vortex version or ducky version. |

QUOTE(kyrmian @ Jun 6 2013, 02:09 AM) The expansion of these gaming brands and everybody (vendors) wanting to jump into the mechanical keyboard bandwagon is more beneficial to us than they are detrimental. Rubber dome starts at like RM 15-20. Cheapest mechanical board still around RM 200. Not considering China direct sale products... |

QUOTE(kyrmian @ Jun 6 2013, 06:47 PM) Definitely.. looks very nice in pictures already! Which one? Topre or Ducky? We can get anything almost, including the Taiwan realforce 104. Our arrangement with Ducky and Topre is rather unique Will you be bringing in the ones with chinese/japanese/korean legends in them? |
