LOL. Im using tqb for my every online purchase and got no problem at all.
I get redelivery if i call the driver before 6pm and i will get the parcel on that day.
thats 1 situation where i forgot to call for redelivery and the driver automatically delivered it to me.
Well, that is in japan thought.

Ta q bin is very famous in japan. It's depend on how certain people work on a company also. If the person is not gd thus making the company is not gd too.. I used their service once no problem so far.

Update:

1. Checked their tracking website around 12pm it showed that my package is on hold. Great, very great. No sign it was sent out no one called me.

2. Went home during lunch hour, then at 12.50 the delivery guy called if I'm home because he's nearby. The first good news from them.

3. Ten minutes later I received my package at my door.

Luckily they managed to deliver my item. I wonder why yesterday when they updated my package status to "delivering" no one called. And it was lucky that I was at home today when they called.
