So I bought an item online, chose ta-q-bin to deliver it since I was curious because I've never heard of it.
It's supposed to arrive today, but no, it was not delivered. Not only it was not delivered, but these happened:
1. Yesterday I called, to arrange time of delivery since my supposed time of delivery is from 8am to 12pm AND ON their website they showed time-zone delivery. The CS told me that the time of delivery was chosen by the sender. WTF with this warped logic! I am the one who's the package is for and they said SELLER choose time of delivery?!! FOR WHAT?!!! Anyway the CS took my tracking number and told me he'll make a remark on my package about my preferred time of delivery, 6-9pm.
2. For the whole day nobody friggin contacted me that they're trying to deliver my parcel. My experience with other delivery service, if I'm not home, they'll either call me to arrange for a re-delivery or leave a note saying that they came and I was not home, easy. Ta-q-bin did neither. FARK! I waited at home until 9 pm, just to found at their tracking website my parcel was undelivered!! Thanks a lot for wasting my time.
3. Tried to call their KL North Branch and their 1-800 number resulted in nothing. All it said was all operators are busy and then dropped my call. Wasted 30 minutes to call them but can't even reach one friggin person. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONTACT U IF NOBODY FRIGGIN PICKED UP THE FRIGGIN PHONE!!!
FARK LA LIKE THIS! IF I KNEW EARLIER I WOULD'VE USED OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE. AGAIN, FARK U TA-Q-BIN!!!!
