I live nearby. It's basically a dead mall even though they still have grocery and a few F&B. Sunway Giza area basically has everything The Strand has. so no point people will purposely go there.
Da Men at least got unique restaurant like Nam Hiong and Go Noodle and the crowd there definitely a lot more than The Strand. |

A lot moved out. This mall is dying. Need more office move in this area to sustain the mall
