Wow ... After such long time , they still have units left ? It looks like not selling well . I have Been to their encprp red carpet , nice design , nice atmosphere .i personally like the feel there . Sadly all the bars there no people , only one or 2 Kuching . some even closed down . Wonder why such a nice design but not " Wong " as compare to dataran sunway / Giza. Maybe encorp marketing team is not strong enough lol . Those who wana buy got to think carefully . hopefully when the mall open . it will brings some crowd in .
Btw What's is the smallest unit available now ? Any idea who are the big tenants for this encorp mall ?

personally, i think there will be many pubs and bistro coming up... KD will be a more happening place d...
now even giza there can say jam most of the time....

Been to the strand. I think population not enough in KD area. Unless sungai buloh people coming in.

Hahaha yea .. Jam jam jam . Any strand owner here ? Mind to share some thoughts why you pick this property ? Initially I plan to invest here but all smallest unit kena sapu left only those 700 sqft above . Which come to about 500k , kinda pricey . Also it's location to me somehow like stuck in nowhere . No fronting main road like nexis and TG . Another point is the developer . Malay developer hmmm ... Not so confidence on them .

I passing by the site daily. I believe It is not selling well, mainly becauase: 1. It is right beside NKVE; 2. The big few storey tall GIANT big sign panel (a really big one) is few meter from the building. So you will be looking at the GIANT panel in front of your unit when you look out. Not very good view i guess.

I like that place. Walking distance from home. More grocery choices. Lepak at Starbuck, buy cheap stuff at Chai, spend my $5 at Daiso, etc.
