let me help you answered this question since I own both s3 (i9300) and note 2 (n7100)

my advice is you can wait for 4.2.2 update 1st only make your decision since latest rumor said that end of May is getting it, source from SamMobile, should be can trusted since they predict a lot software update date also correct

else, my advice is does the feature and performance on s4 is important for you ?
and does s3 can handle the job as well ?
if yes then stay go ahead get s4, else hold on or wait and get note 3

Just bought an S4 and would like to enable Find My Mobile via Samsung Dive. Can't seem to enable Remote Controls from the phone's Settings. Already registered a Samsung account and enable Google Location Services. Any idea?

Whichever suits I guess if you can afford the price difference with no problem. I'm more of an S4 fan but the note 2 has some good points as well. Have you asked your wife which she would prefer or if she has no problems with the size of the note 2? Other than the obvious, how does your wife often use her phone?

Those having camera reboot problems i noted mainly on newer or updated firmware. I suggest you guys flash to first firmware UAMDE. Download from sammobile.com
Use Odin in PC to flash n your data will remain
If rooted use Mobile Odin n select everroot to maintain root
Till now already 20+ days I have yet to face such issues as I m still on first firmware
