Hi all, i had moved in since oct, so far quite satisfy with the area, just the management really lack of experience to manage the place and comes out with some rules that not really helps. however, the security guards really very polite.

By the way, i had the bad smell problem in both of my downstair's and master room's toilets. when using the toilet, i cannot close the door (toilet) for more than 2 mins. i have to switch on the fan, open the toilet door and windows. else the bad smell will come out. wonder if any resident encounter this problem?
*
No, never encountered.

Possible cause:
1. You put in something smelly?
2. The air ventilation got issue?

*

i'm not sure whether it is hazardous, but i think since ken rimba awarded the green township, it should not have hazardous smoke nearby. well, this is just my guess... personally i feel the air is not polluted around the area..
*
Last sat after breakfast found out very smelly around my car porch. After detail investigation it was due to they put in fertilizer at front house. biggrin.gif

Actually still can drive through... the water level isn't as high as can't drive through at all. But still tak syiok lah... That is why I reported to JKR,
*
Yes I never faced issue to drive through (the middle of road still visible, just some of roadside shops are flooded). For me not big deal as I lived in KL previously so maybe get use to this kind of road condition. smile.gif

Is it just me or is there a lot of mosquitoes? I spend the first 2 nights in Legian swatting these blasted insects. Yesterday they did fogging but it doesn't seem to have any effect
*

Yeah initially 10% then 5% after units gone... anyway bank value should be 625k or higher... rebate only pay less... smile.gif

I believe few corner units available from developer (>1M). For intermediate/end lot, most probably you have to get from subsale.

Thanks for the info. How about break in cases so far?
*
Security has improved a bit. Now they will called me whenever I have visitor. However, if they know you are living here, even you didn't use access card also can come in without proper procedure. sad.gif

Mosquito is our major concerns now. Almost every week got people infected Dengue fever. sad.gif

No break in case so far. I only heard about TNB switch got stolen in some houses.

Hi there, i need help.
Around 1am in the morning, a huge bunch of assholes will go over the children's playground and start making loud obnoxious noises till maybe 4am, REALLY FCKING RETARDED.
Guards at guard house says they cant do anything, so what should i do? I has already been 3days in a row.
*
I did highlighted to management months ago and they told me already complaint to MBSA. Maybe you can seek for their advise? or call MBSA directly?
