Been following this thread and visited this area few times recently to look for a unit for own stay and noticed the below.

1. Significant improvement in security - Unable to go in easily as the security really drills on you and won't let you get in at all. Good sign with your continuous effort to ensure that to happen. Thumbs up!

2. Bushes along the walkway and backyard seems to be untaken care of. Messy and untidy. Does the paid monthly maintenance fees been utilizing well?

Quick questions.

1. Any of you / your neighbour intended to let go an intermediate unit? Can PM me?
2. True that UiTM is relocating to Puncak Alam hence the issue of student renting issues could be resolved?
3. Noticed that none of the owner change the original front gate. Is it due to restriction?
4. Any of you have tried the commuter@ Padang Jawa station? Is it that far to walk and is it safe to walk to there?
5. Are the mosquito issue and water harvest tank been resolved?
6. Seems that there are two water harvest tanks, of which one located at the backyard and one is on the first floor at the balcony area. Can both been removed?
7. Under what kind of renovation I will need to submit the RM 2K deposit? Light touch up and repainting also count? Or it will be stated in the house owner manual (from sales office?)
8. From the previous sharing seems that most of the houses would have eneven tiles and leakages from the bathroom on first floor. Roughly how much to fix the water leakage issue and uneven tiles?
9. If I buy a subsale house but no one stayed in before and found some defects, can I still lodge complain to management despite the defect liability claim period is over? If yes to what extent the management would take care of it? Or since it is a subsale any defect where the claim period is over all repairing and cost are borne by buyer?
