the children's playground is inside Legian or outside?

build playground for residents from nearby to enjoy some recreation activities? Very soon all will koyak....and this playground eventually will be a meeting place for outsiders.

Yes, i've had a few encounters with Jasmine as well. She is not only difficult to deal with, but pretty rude too. And yes, they throw all the responsibility back to the residents. It's like banging our heads against a wall of solid denial.

My niece planning to buy sub-sale intermediate house along front row 620k. She has taken into account the "students" & other outstanding issues which will be remedied in due time.  The traffic lights at main road allows easy exit to federal highway and batu tiga toll, all in good time. LRT stop in I-city future link to bandar utama. KTM will certainly improve commuter train services linking to kl sentral. Padang jawa station is about 15 mins walking distance. No noticeable "flood" at puspakom/alam avenue cross roads leading to federal highway. More families now moving in and homeowners 
Will give less preference to students. They are just temporary. She is looking forward to meet new friends.

I think maybe it's a good idea to create  group for the whole KEN Rimba development. We can share a lot of common resources such as contacts for reputable contractors etc.

Wanna ask how long does it take to finished the defect work usually?
I have submited my defect check list to Genesis in Jun and resubmit again in July since they haven't start any work yet. Last week call Genesis and they said im at 17th of the list but today became 21st. They claim that pending work because of hari raya but then hari raya just the 2 days off. Looks like someone is jumping q? Had waiting for 2 months and still waiting. Renovation work is pending now. Got house but can stay. Disappointed

I guess we need MBSA approval to do this and additional cost incurred. If result is good,  I willing to pay for it.

Potential buyer for Ken Rimba Condo, would like to ask sifus and Ken Rimba owners, how bad is the water leakage and wall cracks (quality of property) and what are the steps that the management take to solve residents problems.

i was rudely awaken by the barks as well, went out to find out that there are 2strays that crawls into our neighbourhood from then front fencing area nearby the playground... those teenagers also use the same hole to crawl in to pick up their ball that flew in during their games... lodged report to management already but the fence is still as flimsy as ever.

Yes, agree with Spikee, nowadays traffic issue become major concern especially petrol cost hiking. For my opinion, people will not concern much on toll fees provided can enjoy shorter, smooth traffic in order to save our driving time. So far I observed Ken Rimba traffic situation is nothing compare with USJ, Bandar Utama, Kepong as mentioned as well.
