There could be one problem, i haven't called the neighbours so not sure where they live currently or whether they have a scanner/fax to return a signed copy of the consent letter. So i asked the mgt and they said we ourselves try to contact the neighbours first, if they are not contactable then only mgt may be able to help out. But not sure on what kind of help they are offering coz they seem reluctant to answer...maybe you have better persuasion skills than me

then maybe pay a visit to the management office to get the cards and defects papers sorted.

looking for electrician/plumber to help see to the defects/basic lighting.
then after defects done, will look into putting up the kitchen

I guess that is the market price for normal grills coz mine was around there too for whole house. Need to topup if your taking better grade grills. Please please share with me too if you manage to choose a kitchen cabinet provider! I'm currently looking at ikea and unity kitchen. Havent really asked them for quotes yet haha

My grills are included in the price by my main contractor so I don't really have the grill contractor contact number. However, i can give u my main contractor number if you're ok. Not sure if you'll get the same price coz he may have discounted a bit for me considering i asked him to reno my kitchen Quality still unsure though coz haven't fixed yet....

If u mean the skylight above the small plot of land in the living room then nope, didn't grill that. The thief will risk a hell of a fall if he come through there.....i think house breakers would take the easier route of entering through other means.....

However, this guy go and on the water tap next to my post box, that is paid water, aiyooohhh. So, my contractor temporary remove the water tap next to the post box for me.
The small plants outside the gate, even they put fertilizer also cannot grow, I think is due to not water the plant regularly. So may be we want to help out a bit if you want your house to look green.

Probably yes, it's one of the things they look out for when checking. U can extend it like the mbsa suggestion for RC gutter so u can extend fully n ur roof doesnt exceed the fence. If u want to proceed with ur original plan with roof extended then u need to build ur walls slightly behind the 5ft mark to accomodate roof

That's what the mgt rules are but if the owners are willing to break the rules and forfeit, it's their own calculated risks then. Another thing u may want to consider is the mbsa refund part coz building beyond borders is also a bandaraya problem.

I'm building mine with rc gutter and my contractor did ask me whether I want to make the pipes flow to the manhole or outside so it's possible to fix your pipe outside the house if u want.  Just ask your contractor if it's possible. 2k is a lot of money for me so I try to accommodate to the rules

I did mine for around 2.7k including delivery. Mr Mok, 0192233598. Unless you changed your windows, make sure to get him to measure the space for window levers. he made a mistake with mine, had to improvise to open windows

finger cross loan is ok else my deposit is burnt....

but today after browsing through the paper i've signed.... a shock is one of the paper that read Acceptance of Condition.... but i have yet to get a chance to check for the house condition ..eg. water leaks, cracks etc...

does this mean i've no right to lodge a complain after this...?

Security has improved a bit. Now they will called me whenever I have visitor. However, if they know you are living here, even you didn't use access card also can come in without proper procedure.

No break in case so far. I only heard about TNB switch got stolen in some houses.
