is it include installation? my neighbor told me his main gate wood keep on failing for many times until he "paiseh" to ask from defect warranty replacement....

if you call management, then they will reply this playground is under MBSA. if you ask why are they blocking the road? they will say it is still yet to handover to MBSA...

Very good morning Mr Wong, replace the equipment just temporary solve the issue. But as long as this playground is open for public, this issue definitely will be happened again and again. Which party should bear the cost of replace the faulty equipment? MBSA? KEN? GENESIS or ken rimba residences maintenance fee? Thus, we do hope KEN and GENESIS can come out "something" which can benefit Legian, Jimbaran and other ken rimba residences. Look at the big picture, If KEN can provide very good after sales service instead of finger point to other party, i do believe you wont see any bad comment in future.

Dear Felix, this playground is a public playground as is required by MBSA and the roads serving the external areas are also public roads. This is the same for any housing area. We also hope that our residents will be able to give constructive comments to improve the place for everyone and work together with our management team. We are trying our best with the limited budget and resources that we have and we hope we can have constructive feedback and suggestions from the owners too. Our management team will then endeavour our best to liase with the relevant authorities to see how to resolve issues for the good of everyone. The gated and guarded area is only within the legian residences compound where the guardhouse starts and as such we cannot restrict anyone from coming into the playground. We will also like to suggest having a community patrol with the involvement of the residents and perhaps you will be the first to volunteer and take the lead in this? We will support you in every way we can. We believe that the success of the community will only be achieved by having hands on involvement of the residents. We look forward to your agreement to lead this initiative. Legian was handover to owner since almost 2 years ago but negative feedback never stop. As I am a subsales Legian owner and started to worry is this area safe for my family members? Next year will be the completion date of Jimbaran side and most of the owner have the same feeling with me now. I do understand that you have a limited resourses and budget and some more pressure coming from top. If we, as a owner need to volunteer ourself to patrol our area, may I know what is the point of having security guard? what is the point to have developer management team? what is the point to pay for maintenance fee?
