Hole in the park probably benefit Legian n not Jimbaran residents in terms of short cut, that too just maybe cutting down 1 minute. haha.

I'm think of getting a Legian unit, if can get below RM600k.

Plan to rent it out for a few years first, once I'm married with kids then only move in.

The thing is I only want to rent to white-collar couples or families - is it easy or hard to get such tenants in Ken Rimba?

Also, are there any real estate agents/renovation contractors/cleaners based in Ken Rimba itself that I can contact? Pls PM me if you have the contacts.

just found out that there is a cinema now in alam avenue, at TSR Cinemax, IRdKl Mall
besides cinema, this mall has other entertainment such as arcade, family karaoke etc.

Even after two days of heavy rain recently, the road heading to Ken Rimba has no flood. I think the repair that they have carried out in the area is working.

There's a Chinese primary school like 5 mins away at Taman Rashna

Security's been pretty good, as of jogging track withing walking/running distance there's none. I guess the nearest is still the lake at Seksyen 7, SA.

Yes security is good. I'm a runner who stay in Ken Rimba Legian. I usually run around the housing area itself, along the side walk, for my weekday 5km run. It is quite peaceful in here despite it is nearby to many things/more upcoming developments like the I city mall, West Coast Expressway and LRT 3.

Ya. it really look like flat building from outside to view. If compare with other development project ... others look more better in term of the outlook view.
