Nice sharing. I bought one unit end of last year. Initially a little worried coz not many talked about this township. Now feel much better as more & more sharing I can see about this township.

I'm quite happy with their feedback so far, at least they are responsive & they do care about the buyers' concerns. |

Hope this small township does get better. I'm going to begin renovation soon by August. If everything goes well, I will move in by November/December.

Anyone knows contractor for the auto gate motor? I will still use the existing wooden gate until I have some budget for a new gate. For now, I need someone to install the motor & also please advice the reasonable price for the installation. Cheers!
