I guess depends on the extend of damage, most of the time new owners will want to renovate even if it's in good condition anyway, so that may not be too bad.

Just need to repaint the whole house, change the doors, and fix the leaking

I did mine 2 years back, so the price could not be valid. I bought the tiles from Jalan Ipoh and hired contractor to do the job. It was less than 2k or so then.

If my memory serves me right, it was about RM5-7 each. Depending on the surface (rough/smooth) and designs.

Hi for those who stay in Jimbaran, just wonder any leaking issues for jimbaran, i know they not doing good job for legian..

There were many units with leaky second floor toilet but they've fixed it after the complaints.
