Might be able to get. But risk higher as usually its foreigner.

Need to properly check their employment contract to make sure their genuine expat.

Some owner theow lrice until rm850 partial furnish studio to get tenant.

I already inform my mmu studying bro in law once hes contract finish in the Arc can find studio unit there share with 2 other friend.

I been giving the same subtle hint on doulze owner but some of them cant take it nicely.

They harp on me how the heck i can even compare between dpulze and cybersquare??? 😓

I was merely advising some owner that struggle to rent out their unit rm1400-1800 u need to lower ur rental a bit for sure no problem to get tenant as other studio mearby all started throwing down price already
