The video not bad la. Dont be picky, some projects dont even have videos haha.

Depends on their designer, all Exsim projects designed by CKGraphics. So their videos which designed by them looks similar and nice.

Then we visit both show room, Cristal Residence TTDI Plaza not Cyberjaya show room, follow by Icon show room...

U see the unit specification? I am not worry about hard to find tenant.

Rental wise, good enough will do. Good enough = RM 2000, Excellent = RM 2500.

Many people will laugh at me for such yield. Haha.

Never like property price kena goreng by developer, increase a bit ok but not inflated too much please.
