Cristal Residence sales likely will be slow, because of bigger unit for own stay, it will not be hot like The HYVE, Pangaea & MCT Sky Park.

Visited the sales office @ Plaza TTDI, was quite surprised Verde @ Ara Damansara was sold out.

Back to developer, if other developer owning this land, selling 1100+ sqft RM 500+ sqft, own stayers will be BBB because of this location.

Nowadays any investor buying highrise, must have holding power, because oversupply is everywhere, not only Cyberjaya.

Visited Icon City @ PJ, my sense tells me > 80% are investors & flippers.

Is the show room @ Cyberjaya ready? Or they still doing touch up?

Villamas should price the link villa RM 1.1+ M, makes her become one of the cheapest HER @ Cyberjaya.

Both should official launch together. If the link villa sells well, the condo will do well.
