Confirmation that piling for both blocks are already in progress. Expect 1st draw down by April...

Construction on both blocks ongoing including villas... Like anticipated, just move machinery and workers over fr serin. Sales for block A 1300sqft is almost all gone except for high floors left. 1500+sqft still hv... Slower take up for 1500sqft, that's also expected

If u can proof the bottleneck is due to lawyer, u can formally ask for waiver.

See Eko Cheras thread. Many people chasing for S & P. U have to fight, but not just accept.
