Potential buyer here. Viewed a few units. I noticed quite a number of security guards on duty. At the entrance, at the carpark, at the lobby of each block. Yes some units are affected by the noise by some partying kampung folks and the Hindu temples nearby, but I guess you just have to choose your units carefully.

Wonder if any open burning from the Malay kampung nearby? Lived next to one where they burned rubbish almost everyday, complain to authorities also no use. Scared already
