yes and no.

Yes if using high-end battery and original and from reputable brand.

No, for fake PB. Some put 30K just to make look have big mAh.

Even 2 brands with same mAh doesn't mean both have same capacity for end user to use.

I have purchased 2, at 45 each, applied promo code and bought each individually. Thx for the recommendation. A friend bought it for 65 last year.

Both deal (link I share and link you share) are legit.
Both are import sets from China.

What makes both different?
Mine shared got
- Black Color / Silver Color
- 1 way QC 2.0 to Phone only
- 10000mAh
- MicroUSB (input)
- USB full size (output)
- Can low power charge (MiBand)

You shared got
- Gray Black Only
- 2 way QC 2.0 (to Phone and to Powerbank)
- 10000mAh
- USB Type C (input & output)
- USB full size (output only)
- Can low power charge (MiBand)

The more expensive one is the Pro version which charges via USB-C and supports quick charge both ways (I think it does).

The cheaper one uses micro-USB and only supports output quick charge.

IINM there is a newer version of both which support QC3.

tested both Pro and Non-Pro, not really much difference~ I find that the non-pro charging speed quite fast already and cheaper by about 40%

this brand PINENG quite good, from what i have tested.

Good finding about tests on variety of PowerBooks.
I don't know about other brands because I'm using one and only, not just brand but one powerbank for 4 years. A 10k mAh PINENG powerbank since the end of 2013 to this day. Its charging capability still very good, though only one USB still working.

AFAIK, if you get a Pineng PB, there will be a sticker with the Serial No of sort for the item, then input into the Pineng website to autenticate its originality. Those ciplak ones do not have such stickers as its one of those that is really hard to ciplak. But the box look identical.

Hi does anyone have any experience with the Aukey PB-T12 or T13? I am looking for a slim PB and from unipro's website the T13 and T12 looks reasonably priced. My query is that for a 5000mah PB, can get to use 4000mah or not?

TIA

For a actual 5000mah, you should get a healthy 3500mah(-) from the power bank, provided it's at least 2.1a output and using a good fast charging cable.

You need to remove 30% from the total mAh to get the actual usable mAh after all those charging resistance and wasted energy.
