a) i totally AGREED with u... Developer should make payment earlier before due date. Let's see how is their February payment
b) my friends also having same problem to deal with FL Foo lawyer. Actually we have paid the disbursement fee for the their transport expenses. Why we still need to travel to their office to meet them??? They should come to our house to meet us..

Bank has confirmed it received our payment on 29/1. What happens after that is beyond our control.

Thanks boss accetera for ur attention. We are not blaming on u. We know u also makan gaji in CB Land. Hope CB Land can address this issue to the bank and ensure this kind of thing wil not happen again in future..

I no pay fl foo snp is free.

I will also get 5k for the loan from cb. So all is free right?

For my case, RM5k is insufficient to cover fees paid to FLF

Hi all, not sure if am writing at the right thread. Just wanted to tell my story.

I have booked a unit at alam sanjung till me and my wife been told by the agent that that since my wife is a foreigner if we apply house loan for join applicants the minimum property price that I could buy is 1 million ringgit.

Is it true ?
