Just back from there....this one selling like hot cake ...due to 10% discount + RM5K

Booked 7788 so far.

staff booking already 60% of total.

associate booking also 5% of total.

price after discount 385 to 405 psf only drool.gif

I did a checking of Alam Idaman. I conclude not many people wanted to sell.

if u go iproperty. not many unit being offer = 6 pages only for alam idaman
