sounds more like an issue with the management at that condo, which are also chaired by the residence rite, dont tell me no one mentioned this or everyone there are just renting the place and owners like yourself dont really get a say on whats happening there ...

i am not defending anyone but i believe the residence there are not doing much ... the collective group there are responsible as they have a say on the things you have mentioned - from security to cleaning issues ...

you should instead get together, or get your tenant to speak to the management group

sometimes the subpar services is because the residences there are not paying enough or promptly and hence they are lack of funds to provide those services your are complaining ...

Don't worry guys, I've bring to attention of these urgent matters and understand what was happening to the Management. We all agree to resolve these matters asap and I understand that the newly-formed JMB will be calling a meeting soon.

Certainly, the previous facility company, which is part of a renowned PLC, was not doing satisfactory work and they declined to continue abruptly. So we are looking into resolving these as soon as possible, considering a lot of things are in progress.

tikaram did  you went for alam sanjung? i looked at the selling price it's rm4xxk leh.. now i checking out my condo there is a few unit selling at rm3xxk only. maybe ill buy another one this year..
