Aiya cb tak boleh pakai at this moment with high end la. Phiaw phiaw phiaw!

Tell your boss if cant do good with existing apartment maintenance how good will it be with future?

The sales admin team also suck la. They never reply buyer email n tel enquiry.Need buyer to walk into thier office only all the time. What tel / email for if like this.

conclusion. Better put your investment somewhere.

pls ask your boss to learn sp setia ways on customer services.

My tenant said

the car park paip bocor took 3 months to repair.
Condo staiecase light buld burn no replace
security sometime missing in action
car park someone park inform mgmt. Mgmt lcly
the condo very dirty. No cleaner sapu.
at night 2am got ppl drop mercun from above condo and awake resident. Mgmt saud tak apa la.tutup tingkap tidur la.
lift frequent breakdown n slow repair

it is about the maintenance should be done after collecting the maintenance fees.

Well if it can happen to that cb project

it very likely happen here too.
