In summary, the road besides Ayu Puri is about 500m to Alam Sanjung

The road is just next to d river
If u goes to Ayu Puri main entrance, u will notice a link road that will cut below Elite highway bridge
Presently there is a temporary boom gate to restrict access

Fr experience waiting 4 ktm can b at least 30min or more while lrt wait is less than 5min.

Am just sharing from my personal experience and I believe most that shared my experience would deemed ktm as unreliable when it comes to being punctual rather than otherwise.

if this condo u mention is "Indah Ria", just before the komuter station, some reasons would be its near to the cemetery and the recently-famous crack issue...

not sure if this applies to all other developments around that area....

one thing though, in the morning rush hour, the traffic towards the Fed Highway will be like hell, because of the bottleneck on the Federal Highway / Glenmarie...if i were to live on the other side of the road (e.g Alam Sanjung, Alam Idaman, Prima Alam), i'd probably walk instead of drive to the komuter...this of course does not applies to those living on the same side of komuter (e.g. Indah Ria, Bukit Pelangi, v12, MetroPark, etc).

yes...i got go visit b4, tot of buying 1 cause its affordable..after do more research oni found out the crack which is very obvious... and yes, a bit worried to another highland tower tragedy but touch wood... chooooiiii.. it wont happen
