Me block A too. Tandem parking. Maybe i bought low floor n cheap where after discount is below 340k.

If side by side parking for expensive unit. It if fair right?

I think yes. Very strong competition.

look like winner so far is vr2. With strong marketing n promotion. Facilities vr2 is also better.

but layout is alam is better.

Many AS buyers are staffs, Relatives, family member and friends.

So CB land action is always " being watch" and any wrong steps going to cost CB land in future.

Yes, Info from my friend who working in CB land. Told upgrade some and downgrade some here and there.
