QUOTE(kimmo @ Apr 25 2013, 02:40 PM) Ive been using the N7105 for almost a month now, i noticed that the coverage on this Lte version is better than the N7100.. Plus i did run speedtest to see wether theres different... Well download speed is even faster without LTE/4G.... Why is this happening? Plus for the LTE unit the Custom Roms is very little tho...u have like the famous WanamLite and etc. Just sharing with ya folks Err, just to clarify, you said coverage of LTE is better, then you say download speed is better without ? What do you mean by "coverage"? Yes, there's less dev support for the N7105 unfortunately. BTW andrekua2, antt00 and waveweaver, nice series of posts about SOT and productivity. Immortalized in post 11. This post has been edited by joytest: Apr 25 2013, 02:50 PM

Usually, chat apps tend to suck battery due to the nature of the app, but some are far worse than others. Skype used to be a bad offender but it's improved, so has Whatsapp. Viber and Line, and perhaps QQ, Wechat etc are still bad offenders.

QUOTE(hooh888 @ Apr 25 2013, 05:06 PM) More for you: http://slashdot.org/topic/bi/sxsw-al-gore-...e-spider-goats/Excerpt: Gore also drilled down into what he referred to as the “stalker economy.” The rise of apps such as SnapChat, which allows smartphone users to control how long friends can view messages, is emblematic of people reaching the “gag point” with pervasive recording and surveillance by government and business. “The government is about to complete this two-billion-dollar facility in Utah that can sweep up everything” from phone calls to emails, he lamented. “And the Supreme Court just ruled you can’t sue…”
