hey, my mum just picked up her note 2 just now from samsung center, they repaired it and replaced the motherboard and what icing dunno what's that

i played with it, it doesn't heat up and becomes warm anymore, very smooth 

and i played with s4, omgosh it is so amazing man! my hands are so itchy wanna buy it de, but my mum makes this face   T_T

my mum took it lar!!! my dad gave it to me before he went overseas 

she told me don't buy a new phone so fast first coz i just bought new one last month

so i might just as well wait for s4 lte version

Fragile from drop? I disagree with this.

I have a bad habit of putting phone on my lap and I had drolled my phone countless times on both iphone and note 2....

The damage on iphone is worse with more dent and chipping compared to note 2...

I think due to the so called 'cheap' design which feels lighter... note 2 not so damaged from drop test...

Indeed, i just started last week, already flashed total of 4 custom roms.

of course, just make sure to perform every available safety precaution step, and until now i still follow because i'm still in beginner stage. although efs backup is only required once.

I would suggest you backup your EFS to some cloud service, since it's only about 20mb. At least you will have it accessible anywhere.

Also put PC Odin, Mobile Odin and other useful tools for yourself on the cloud. This is one good use case for cloud services.

Personally, I would caution against putting personal data on the cloud.

no worries, i backed mine up in 6 places. external hdd, personal lappie, office lappie, family desktop, thumbdrive, and google drive.

Be aware that stuff in the cloud can be seized by the government, especially the US govt, without a warrant.

yeah forgotten bout that. maybe i will just remove the anime, photos, and music from google drive.

It needs to be dual channel otherwise the throughput is reduced. This is happening with some devices where they only use 1 channel. Tegra 3 I think suffers from this problem. Fast CPU but slow RAM bus.
