the problem is i love the design of alienware, because it's like no other laptop ~
    waiting them let us to customize the laptop, so that can change graphic card to 680 xD and add ram on it

That is only ETA for the build and ready to ship out , not include delivery to your house on that date
Also theres a problem this time round , they place a warranty sticker on the hardrives meaning cannot upgrade to SSD by yourself unless a dell repsentive or offical reseller do it with the permission

Someone please confirm whether upgrade SSD by owner will not void warranty seal because i ask the customer support , 3 staff say the same thing

real headache to get a bag for this m17xr4 that fits my luggage need... not many choice...
i travel a lot to project sites and stay a few days there.
basically my bag will be full of:

1. laptop and charger. in this case, the m17xr4. last time company own laptop a small acer 14" no problem.
2. PSVita and charger
3. pencil case
4. scientific calculator
5. power bank + cables
6. small medipack
7. small toiletries
8. a bunch of document/drawings.. a4 size, not that thick..
9. 2 days+ worth of clothes
10. water bottle 1L
11. earphone case for my iem and bluetooth headset
12. Razer Electra + Cables
13. External HDD x1
14. mouse, Logitech G700 + Cables + mousepad

i wish to have all this in 1 backpack...

I tested it with other laptop as well as a dedicated subwoofer and the result is very disappointing
