QUOTE(mansooriqbal @ Jun 29 2013, 10:04 PM) I don't know, I got IT in my office to get it for me. But from what a 680M owner and 780M owner told me, having the 780M is like having the 680 desktop version. Stringfellow has them both. |

QUOTE(Xu3r @ Jul 4 2013, 07:37 PM) That is only ETA for the build and ready to ship out , not include delivery to your house on that date That's damn fail to me. I am using the M17x and you can see the SSD's that I am running on. I don't have it in my system yet but I will have them installed soon. So yea. People buy Alienware cause it can be upgraded. If Dell is talking thy route, they'll lose a lot of crowd. Also theres a problem this time round , they place a warranty sticker on the hardrives meaning cannot upgrade to SSD by yourself unless a dell repsentive or offical reseller do it with the permission That is pretty fail to me I was going to buy a 960GB SSD and place inside myself. Someone please confirm whether upgrade SSD by owner will not void warranty seal because i ask the customer support , 3 staff say the same thing |

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Jul 25 2013, 06:47 PM) if you guys are encountering more than 3 services, i suggest you guys to demand a total replacement. it is not worth for you guys to keep call and wait for Dell to come to your house/office and service your lappy. Today is the 3rd service that has been done on my wireless issue and there has been no solution. They want to collect my laptop to their service centre to have it checked. What should I do? |

QUOTE(whyteaz @ Aug 1 2013, 11:42 AM) Guys with AW14, do you guys having this issue http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware-...-subwoofer.html? Seems like the new Alienware is nothing but problems. I tested it with other laptop as well as a dedicated subwoofer and the result is very disappointing |
